At El Trueque, we want you to shop with complete security and confidence.
That's why all our second-hand products include a 1-year legal warranty, as stipulated by current regulations.
🔒 What does the warranty cover?

Any technical failure or operating defect not previously indicated.

If the product does not match what was described or advertised.
In these cases, you can choose between:
✔ Repair or replacement of the product
✔ Price reduction or refund if repair or replacement is not possible
❌ What the warranty does not cover

Damage caused by bumps, drops, or misuse.

Software, updates, or virus issues.

Normal aesthetic wear and tear from use (scratches, battery, etc.).

Products without a purchase receipt or invoice.
📦 Easy Returns

If you buy online, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order to return it, without needing to provide explanations.

If you buy in our physical store, returns are only accepted if the item has a defect not previously indicated.

In case of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (unless we state otherwise).
