📦 Cash on Delivery in the Canary Islands

At El Trueque, we offer the option of cash on delivery, so you can shop online and pay when you receive your order with complete security.

This service is available for shipments between the Canary Islands and is carried out by the transport company MRW.

Service conditions:

• To make cash on delivery shipments, we require a 10% advance payment of the item's value via Bizum or bank transfer.

• The remaining amount is paid to the courier upon delivery, in cash.

• The cash on delivery service has an additional cost of 4% of the outstanding amount, corresponding to the collection management by the transport company.

• El Trueque assumes part of the service cost to facilitate this payment method for our customers.

• The customer must have the exact amount, as couriers usually do not have change.
